The many additions really help expand the game and almost makes the first game seem like a beta. Hunt down the survivors and eat them alive!įor Left 4 Dead fans, there’s more zombie killing fun in this one and it does feel different from the first game.
Change your role, and play as one of the zombies. New survivors mean a new storyline and new challenges. Fight off zombies with anything you’ve got, from heavy firearms to sharp melee weapons, or if you have no choice, bludgeon the heads of zombies using just a kitchen frying pan!. At least one uncommon zombie will be placed on your path, like the creepy mudmen! The zombies you’ve faced in the past are still haunting in this game: Boomer, Hunter, Smoker, Tank, Charger, Jockey, Spitter, and the must-stay-away-from, the Witch! Plus an additional uncommon zombie will be placed in each campaign. Play either Coach, Rochelle, Nick, or Ellis the mechanic. Step into the shoes of one of the survivors. Be sure to stay alive and keep the human race thriving! The survivors are the last to roam the earth, who at least were not infected in any way. Set in a post-apocalyptic era, where the world is dominated by flesh-eating zombies, this cooperative action horror FPS takes you and your friends through the cities, swamps, and cemeteries of the Deep South, from Savannah to New Orleans across five expansive campaigns. 
Left 4 Dead 2 is a horror co-op first-person shooting game, much like its predecessor, Left 4 Dead.
